We take great pride in offering high-quality boarding houses that cater to the needs of our residents and our community.

Security
Safety and security are of paramount importance so all boarding houses are equipped with external CCTV cameras. Selected properties have internal cameras installed in the common areas to ensure that residents feel safe and secure at all times.
To further enhance the safety and security of our residents, we also have nightly security patrols in selected properties.

Transitional Housing
Boarding Houses give people the opportunity to transition to a sustainable residential lease, should they wish. Residents are able to obtain a positive rental history and reference, with no long-term commitment to the property.

Payment
We understand that rental payments can be a source of stress for some residents, and that’s why we prefer to use Centrepay as our payment method. This also ensures that residents do not fall behind in their payments and helps to keep their rental history clean.

Inclusions
All utilities are included in the weekly payment, including business-grade Wi-Fi. We also provide weekly cleaning of the common areas and basic consumables such as toilet paper and dishwashing liquid. Rooms are provided with basic furnishings included to ensure that our residents feel comfortable and at home from day one.

Costs
The room rate per property varies depending on size, location, and number of residents in the property, and in the room. Generally, weekly rent will be around $285 for a single and $330 for a double. Residents are required to two-six weeks rent in advance depending on the requirements of the individual Boarding House.

A key deposit and Boarding House Agreement Fee may also be applicable.
